With Christmas fast approaching, many of us are caught up in the day to day hustle and bustle and forget to slow down to remember and enjoy the true meaning of Christmas.  Here are a couple family ideas for this Christmas season!

Christmas Care will be offered over the Christmas Break.  Forms are due on 12/13/19.   They are located in the office, outside of classrooms and in the Extended Day room upstairs.

We will not be in school on 1/20/20.  If you need care for your child on this day, please register using the forms found outside of all classrooms, office and ext day.  They are due 1/10/20.  Space limited

This will be our 6th year supporting The Valentine Project!  This charity helps to bring surprise valentine boxes to children (and their siblings) with cancer and other illnesses.  Each participant chooses a child and begins collecting items to send for Valentines Day.  Both of my children have been recipients of boxes from this organization and those Valentine Boxes lifted spirits on some difficult days.  Our two children this year are Asher- 3 year old & Emma- 4 year old.  Please join our faculty in collecting items for these two children!  We will collect until 1/17/20.  Donation boxes are outside of the office.

Feel free to donate age-appropriate toys, gifts, puzzles, and candy ... anything you think would warm a child's heart!

Santa will be here on December 18th in the morning.  If your child is afraid of Santa, please let us know so we can support the child at the level that is needed.  Each child will have an opportunity to meet Santa and have a picture.  If you indicated that your child is not permitted to have photos taken for media purposes and you have changed your mind, please let us know since we will post those who have permission on our facebook page.
December 12th is the Feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe

Another wonderful thing to do with your children this Christmas season is to enjoy the story of Our Lady of Guadalupe together! This is a wonderful message of persistence. faith and determination
