During the Governor's press conference today we learned that due to the COVID-19 Virus all Ohio schools will have a mandated closure for three weeks.Under the direction of the Diocese of Toledo as well as the Ohio Department of Education, we too will be required to follow this mandate.  Beginning Monday 3/16/20 and continuing through April 3rd, we will be closed.  We will reopen on 4/6/20 and resume classes as normal.

We will be assembling packets for students to complete at home during the time they will be off.  If your child is not in school tomorrow, please let us know if you are able to stop by and pick it up.  There will also be a resource page on our website soon to help with learning at home.  Stay tuned to Facebook and you may find a teacher
                                             reading a story daily!
We will be making up the missed days to ensure that the PS/PK curriculum is fully taught and students are prepared for the next year.  Please note the following changes to our calendar.
March- 3/13/20 in session
            3/16/20 through end of March-closed
April   - 4/1, 4/2 & 4/3 closed
             4/6/20 -resume regular classes all month
                WE WILL BE IN SESSION 4/10-4/17
May    - 5/8/20 2 hr delay
             5/25/20 -No school -Memorial Day
                                                 June   - 6/1, 6/2, 6/3, 6/4 regular classes
                                                              6/5 - Last day (see below)

Stay tuned- Summer program might be pushed back by 1 week. Summer program dates will be solidified by the end of next week. 
PK Graduation/Moving up Ceremony will be held on 6/5/20 in the Church followed by a small reception in the gym and dismissal.

End of the year "Moving up Party/Picnic" will be held in the morning (TBD) with an early dismissal following.

Parent/Teacher conferences will be completed via telephone.  Teachers will be in contact with you to set/confirm a time.

Yearbook order deadline will be 4/8/20

Hot lunch order forms will be coming home tomorrow.  For those not in attendance tomorrow they will be available online.  Please send forms back on the first day your child returns.  We will have hot lunch available on that day if you wish to order.
Credits for unused lunches in March will be posted to your account.

3/24 & 3/25 Picture days will be rescheduled if the photographer can accommodate us and return pictures prior to the end of school.  Stay tuned.

If your child utilizes PFCC/JFS benefits to pay for tuition, you must get into school tomorrow to make sure that ALL sign in/sign out times are completed.

All auto-payments will continue as scheduled.  If you wish to switch to auto-pay rather than mailing a payment, please contact us tomorrow otherwise please mail payments to:

Invoices for April will be sent home on 4/6/20 in the yellow folder

Complete yearly tuition (10 full payments) will still be due for this year so please continue payments as scheduled.  We will be making up missed school days.  No additional charges will be added to your account for those added days.

Any child who has an expiring physical during this next three weeks MUST bring the updated physical form to school on the first day in attendance.
