This presentation will be an interactive roundtable discussion between LSRPs and an Environmental Attorney regarding the different RAO types, the role of the RAO covenant not to sue in litigation, including Natural Resource Damage (NRD) cases, and how different RAO types can impact property transactions throughout the state. A representative from the NJDEP Contaminated Site Remediation & Redevelopment Program will also join the roundtable and provide insight into best practices for RAO submittals.
