Introducing Elijah Romulus, Brockton's Interim Director of Planning and Community Development

As he steps into the role of interim Director of Planning and Community Development for the City of Brockton, Elijah Romulus brings more than a decade of experience across the full spectrum of planning in city, regional, and town meeting forms of government. A proud Brockton native and Brockton High School graduate from the Class of 2007, Elijah credits much of his success to his upbringing in Brockton and his Haitian heritage.

While the new traffic signals have been activated along Warren Avenue, traffic flow continues to remain ONE-WAY SOUTHBOUND


DO NOT ATTEMPT to drive north on Warren Avenue at this time.
