June 9, 2023 (Dallas, TX) LATINA Style Inc., the premier company addressing the needs of Latina professionals and business owners in the United States, hosted the 2023 LATINA Style 50 Awards and Diversity Leaders Conference on Wednesday, May 24th, from 7:30 am - 3:00 pm EST at the Crystal Gateway Marriott in Washington, D.C.


The conference gathered prominent diversity leaders from the companies selected as the Top Companies for Latinas to Work for in the United States. To commemorate the occasion, LATINA Style featured an Anniversary Gala to celebrate 25 years of leadership in corporate America. Topics discussed during the conference were “An Employee-driven Way to Achieve a Cohesive Work Environment,” “Building and Sustaining Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in a Changing Work, “From the Past to the Future: The Transformation of Corporate America.”


In addition to recognizing the Top 50 Best Companies, Accenture was recognized as the 2022 LATINA Style 50 Company of the Year. LATINA Style presented the 2022 ERG/BRG of the Year Award to JPMorgan Chase & Co. (Adelante) and the 2022 LATINA Style Corporate Executive of the Year Award to Barbara Borgonovi, SVP, Corporate Strategy & Development, Raytheon Technologies.
