The National Hispanic Christian Leadership Conference Appoints Pastor Mario Bramnick and Pastor Magda Hermida to The NHCLC Board of Directors

 

SACRAMENTO, Calif.-The National Hispanic Christian Leadership Conference (www.NHCLC.org), also known as the Hispanic Evangelical Association, the nation's largest Christian Hispanic organization, has announced the appointments of Pastor Mario Bramnick and Pastor Magda Hermida to the NHCLC Board of directors.

 

Pastor Mario Bramnick is the senior pastor of New Wine Ministries Church in Cooper City, Fla., and the president and founder of Broward Pastors Network. As president and founder of the Broward Pastors Network, Pastor Bramnick has a vision to advance God's kingdom in South Florida through the unity of the pastors. The Broward Pastors Network consists of over 600 pastors and ministers.

 

Pastor Bramnick, said, "We are in a most critical juncture in America's history. As Hispanic leaders, we need to unite in our resolve that America was founded upon the word of God, and that the security of her future rests upon her people seeking God, His Kingdom and His righteousness."

 

The Broward Pastors Network's vision is to facilitate the unity of the Pastors in Broward County in order to bring transformation to the county. The Broward Pastors Network hosts monthly prayer meetings and regional conferences for the city. Pastor Bramnick also founded the Broward Governmental Prayer Network, a network of local Christian governmental leaders who unite and hosted prayer rallies in Fort Lauderdale City Hall with Mayor Jim Naugle and Davie City Hall with Mayor Tom Truex. Pastor Bramnick also helped to organize a Pastor's Network in West Palm Beach, Fla.

 

A South Florida Summit combatting the campaign to delegitimize the Nation of Israel was co-hosted by Pastor Bramnick, through the Broward Pastors Network and the Jewish Federation of Broward County. Deputy Foreign Minister Danny Ayalon was the keynote speaker. Congressman Mario Diaz-Balart, Congresswoman Debbie Wasserman Shultz and Congressman Ted Deutch were in attendance. Approximately 2,500 Christians and Jews attended the event. The Jewish Federations in Miami, Boca Raton, West Palm Beach, AIPAC, FIDF, Board of Rabbis, Christians United for Israel and the International Christian Embassy were also involved in the event. Pastor Bramnick hosted a second Summit in Miami with the Miami Jewish Federation in February 2012.

 

Pastor Mario Bramnick has hosted lunches with pastors and rabbis with the Jewish Federation of Broward County and West Palm Beach County. The Broward Pastors Network will be fostering Christian and Jewish relations through the Joint Rabbi/Pastor Task Force and Christian Jewish Israel Activism programs in high school and college campuses.

 

He works with Apostle Guillermo Maldonado, Israel Deputy Foreign Minister Danny Ayalon, Dr. Myles Munroe, Pastors John and Carol Arnott, Rick Ridings and Heidi Baker who have also ministered at the Broward Pastors Network and New Wine Ministries. The Broward Pastors Network has hosted prayer breakfasts with the Christian Family Coalition, Congressman Allen West and Representative Adam Hassner.

 

Pastor Bramnick graduated with honors from the University of Miami in 1979 with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics Degree and with a Juris Doctorate Degree of Law in 1982. Pastor Bramnick practiced law in the field of Commercial Law and Civil Litigation from 1983 to 2008.

 

Pastor Magda Hermida is the founder and president of a 20-year ministry called Magda Hermida Ministries that focuses on God's Word and bringing a message of hope, healing and help to communities through compassionate outreaches centered on Jesus Christ. Magda Hermida Ministries is under the ministry covering of Dr. Doug Stringer, founder and president of Somebody Cares America and of Turning Point International ministries.

I am very happy to be part of God's team, the best team in the world, and especially proud to be a woman participating in the NHCLC Board of Directors," said, Pastor Magda Hermida.

 

Born in Havana, Cuba, Magda is considered an ambassador, bridge-builder and international dynamic speaker and teacher of the Word for over 25 years. She brings a refreshing message of healing and restoration through the gifts of God's Holy Spirit and a message of courage and compassionate leadership through challenging times.

 

Pastor Hermida was a host of a weekly Christian radio program called "Mujeres con Poder" (Women with Power) in the Houston area for over 15 years. She also hosted a television program called "Mujeres con Poder" for 14 years through Enlace TV, a Trinity Broadcast Station (TBN). She is currently taping television programs at Bendici�n TV. Magda has authored "Mi Presencia Ira Contigo y Te Dar� Descanso", "Lev�ntate", and "Cautivados por Su Presencia" and authored several articles for various Christian magazines. Magda Hermida Ministry publishes a magazine titled "Es Tiempo de Cambio" currently in circulation throughout Houston and in other U. S. cities. The Ministry also prepares a weekly devotional called "Vida a tu Esp�ritu" that reaches thousands of people through the Internet.

 

Magda Hermida Ministries organizes ministry conferences with over 8,000 people in attendance. Guests have included Claudio Freidzon, Sergio Scataglini, Marco Barrientos, Ingrid Rosario and Lily Goodman. Their ministry breakfasts have been held for over nine years with 1,000 women in attendance each year. They assist pastors and families in the field of missions in the USA and in other nations and counsel to pastor's wives, women and couples.

 

Pastor Hermida is the founder of the prayer ministry called Ester, prayer intercessors for Houston and the world. In Houston she is involved in Mission Houston, Houston Pray, Strategic Ministry and SomebodyCares Ministry.

 

Pastor Magda Hermida graduated from the University of Havana with a Business Administration degree and a Master's degree in Psychology. Pastor Hermida is also a graduate of INSTE Seminary in Miami, Fla.
