Dear Students,

We are beginning enrollment and registration with ShareMy.Health, the smartphone based platform that will serve as the primary daily self-screening tool for campus access. ShareMy.Health registration will be required to access campus this fall. Please see the link below and follow the instructions to register / enroll.

  • This tool will replace the microsoft web form screening tool currently on mariacollege.edu that is required for campus access. There will be a different process for visitors to campus, directing them to screen at the main building security desk.

  • ShareMy.Health is convenient and easy to use. It asks similar questions about temperature, COVID contact, unexplained symptoms, and travel.

  • Cell phone numbers on record in powercampus were used for the preliminary account set-up. If you need to update or change that number, please contact Robin DeLorenzo at [email protected].

  • There is no cost to Maria students, faculty, or staff for this account. ShareMy.Health accounts and daily updating of the screening tool will be required for accessing campus this fall. You cannot access campus buildings without a daily screening done through ShareMy.Health

Registering with ShareMy.Health:

  • You will need to go to app.sharemy.health/consent to register your account using your College email address. Please follow the instructions linked above to set up your new account.

  • As part of the enrollment, you will review and accept consent statements as part of the process of COVID-19 screening, testing, and tracking for the Maria community.

  • Please be advised that the ShareMy.Health Platform was chosen as our partner in the reopening process because their highest priority is to protect your personal information and your health information. The tool helps us trace and track important information for the safety of our community.

Using ShareMy.Health:
In order to mitigate the risk on campus and to comply with state and CDC guidance, all faculty, staff, and students are asked to complete the daily screening via the phone BEFORE you arrive on campus to ensure that you are cleared to be on campus that day.

  • Each day you will receive a text message at around 7:10 AM from ShareMy.Health with a unique link to complete the daily self-screening.

  • This screening must be completed each day to gain access to campus on that day (the same way the current webform is used)

  • You may disregard the daily text message if you are not planning on coming to campus that day.

  • Each daily text will have a link that is only good for 24 hours, should you need to come to campus later in the day or in the evening.

  • The door locks and swipe access to campus buildings will be linked to this system. Swipe access will be based on successfully submitting the screening tool each day. Community members will not be able to access buildings if they have not completed the form that day, or if their form responses indicate they should not be on campus.

  • If your situation changes or you become ill during the day, you can update your answers to the daily screening form at any time by clicking on the link from that day.

Your answers to the screening form will be utilized only to assess your individual need for a COVID-19 test or further follow-up by our team on campus.

Thank you for your cooperation as we prepare for a safe and healthy fall semester!
