We have the ability to text all families, in case of an urgent or emergent situation, through our enrollment portal, Finalsite TM. You should have received a test text on Tuesday and another yesterday informing you of Chess Club cancellation. Our sincerest apology for this mornings delayed text on the school start time. The system defaults to a 9 to 5 window. It has been modified so text messages sent out at 6 a.m. should arrive at 6 a.m.

St. Nicholas Catholic School will be hosting Stations of the Cross on the four (4) Fridays in Lent that we are in school. We will begin at 2:00pm. Families are welcome to attend. 

March Hot Lunch Ordering

March Hot lunch is posted to Orgsonline. The hot lunch portal opens today, February 15th and closes on Tuesday, February 27th.

All lunches are served with milk, or you can purchase milk only on any lunch day.

Pizza lunch is served on Wednesdays.

Milk is purchased separately on Pizza Day only. We offer the choice of chocolate (90 cents) or white milk (60 cents) extra with pizza orders.

Summer Camps are coming back to St. Nicholas this summer! Please fill out this survey by February 29th so we can set the dates and themes for our camps!

Auction Invitations - Please keep an eye out for the auction invitations that will be coming home with your oldest student soon. Secure Your Spot at the St. Nicholas Auction! Tickets are now available for the St. Nicholas Catholic School Fundraising Auction on April 13, 2024, at the Gig Harbor Vintage Aero Museum. Join us for an evening of joy, generosity, and community. Purchase your tickets today at $125/person or reserve a table for $1,250.

Auction Sibling photos will take place throughout the day on Friday, February 16th. If you would like any other family group photos (a great gift for grandparents!), please email kjames@sncsgh.org so that I can schedule your students. Makeup photos for any absent students/siblings will be on Friday, March 1st.

Family Procurement - If you have not turned in your procurement form, please do so ASAP. Your total donation needs to be $225. Physical items will need to be delivered on site by March 1st.

Reminder: If you want to volunteer, you MUST have the Virtus training and background check completed already. Please contact Mrs. Heins in the office for details on how to complete the required training.

Lunch and Recess Duty

The signup for lunch recess and lunch helpers is here! Please sign up to help with lunch and lunch recess so that our teachers and staff can eat and have a little break! This could be a weekly, monthly, or quarterly opportunity. We appreciate all of your help!

SCRIP UPDATE:

SCRIP is available Tuesday and Friday mornings from 8:15 - 9:00am in the Parish Hall.

If you still need to fulfill your SCRIP obligation and your $225 auction procurement, you can do both by purchasing gift cards through SCRIP and donating them for your auction procurement.

If you prefer e-gift cards, you can set up an online account with RaiseRight which has access to a wide variety of e-gift cards. You can only purchase e-gift cards online.

Uniforms are purchased through Tommy Hilfiger. This is the time of year when the annual sales start popping up and special offers will be extended to our school families. Students can wear their St. Nicholas school t-shirts and hoodies with their uniform bottoms.

Team Thursdays

Our next team Thursday will be March 28th.

Students may wear their favorite team jersey or top and uniform bottoms.
