Dear Forest Creek & Meadows, and Meadows Enriched Family Members and Responsible Parties,
As a result of the hard work and dedication of our staff members, the cooperation of our residents, and your encouragement and support, I am pleased to report that we remain free from COVID-19 illness in Forest Creek & Meadows apartments and Meadows Enriched Housing. Our collective and ongoing efforts to prevent the virus are paying off.
The health and well-being of everyone on our Campus remains our top priority. We continue to follow Department of Health guidelines and will keep you informed of any changes that may impact our policies and our residents.
I also want to update you on a change we are making in employee testing. New York State just changed the requirement for employees to be tested from twice a week to once a week. This was due to very low percentages of positive cases. We will follow state guidelines around testing and will continue to screen all employees daily.
