Updates to Our Visitation Policy:
Forest Creek residents can have unrestricted visitation. All guests of Forest Creek residents must stop at the front desk to be screened upon their arrival, receive a dated visitor sticker, and then proceed directly to Forest Creek. The front desk is open for Forest Creek guest screening 24/7. Residents and guests of Forest Creek will be required to stay in Forest Creek areas and not visit other parts of the campus. Please be sure to wear a face mask, wash your hands throughout your visit, and practice six feet of social distancing from others while you are on campus.
