COVID-19 Vaccine
We are currently assisting residents with scheduling appointments as well as coordinating transportation for those interested in receiving the COVID-19 vaccine. If you have any questions about this, please contact me at 716-639-3311 x2471.
Beauty Shop Update
The beauty shop on campus remains closed for the time being and we look forward to reopening it when it is safe to do so. In the meantime, we are happy to assist your loved one in making an outside salon appointment.
Warm Weather & Social Distancing
As the weather gets warmer and we spend more time outside, it's important to maintain social distancing, even when we are outdoors. There are areas near the front main campus entrance that are used for in-person visitation. Forest Creek residents and family members should utilize their own sitting areas outside Forest Creek. Staff onsite can direct you where to go if you have questions.
Dining Room
We know many of you are patiently awaiting the reopening of our dining room - we are, too! Given the space is shared and there are many residents in the midst of the vaccination process, we are currently looking into options to safely reopen. We will be sure to share more details as they become available.
Visitation Reminders
Forest Creek residents can enjoy unrestricted visitation. All guests of Forest Creek residents must stop at the front desk to be screened upon their arrival, receive a dated visitor sticker, and then proceed directly to Forest Creek. The front desk is open for guest screening 24/7. Residents and guests of Forest Creek will be required to stay in Forest Creek areas and not visit other parts of the campus. Please be sure to wear a face mask, wash your hands throughout your visit, and practice six feet of social distancing from others while you are on campus.
