January 22, 2021 Dear Forest Creek Residents, Family Members and Responsible Parties,   Weinberg Campus has once again partnered with Michael’s Floral Design to offer flower bouquets at a reduced rate, should you want to send your loved one a beautiful gift ahead of Valentine's Day. You can choose from three different sizes of bouquets - please note colors may vary:

$10 Plastic bud vase, single rose of choice with filler greens

$20 Dish-style container with small mixed arrangement

$30 Larger size of mixed arrangement noted left

If you are interested in purchasing a bouquet for a loved one, please contact Michael's Floral Design at 716-322-6810 and tell them you are a family member of a Weinberg Campus resident. All orders must be in by Thursday, January 28. Flowers will be delivered Tuesday, February 2 and Wednesday, February 3*.     *In an effort to keep our reduced rate, Michael's Floral Design has offered early delivery options ahead of Valentine's Day. If you are interested in sending a floral arrangement closer to the 14th, please note that prices will be considerably higher. We wanted to provide a reasonably priced option to celebrate the month of love!

COVID-19 Vaccine Update New York State has recently approved the vaccine for people ages 65+, but the state is not offering onsite vaccination clinics at this time. We are working on finding a way to offer the vaccine onsite, but in the meantime, if your loved one is interested in receiving the vaccine, it may be helpful to get them on a waiting list to receive the vaccine from an outside pharmacy. Ongoing Safety Precautions   The COVID-19 vaccine has certainly brought excitement to our campus! Although this is a step in the right direction, we are not letting our guard down. We continue to adhere to safety precautions to protect and care for residents and staff on campus.

Visiting Our visitation policy remains the same. One family member is permitted to visit each tenant. Please contact us in advance to ensure your name is on our roster, and be sure to enter the facility through the main entrance on 2700 N. Forest Road. Reminders: Please stop at the front desk to be screened daily before visiting. Please keep your sticker visible at all times. Please notify Holly Steeg or Amy Hashemi if a new visitor's name needs to be added to our list at the front desk. This list is updated daily to ensure smooth entry into the building. Drop-offs can be made to the front desk – we deliver items to residents throughout the day! Instacart orders should use the following address: 2700 N. Forest Road, Getzville, NY 14068, and must include the resident’s full name and apartment number to ensure efficient deliveries.
