Dear Forest Creek Family Members and Responsible Parties,

You may have seen recent news reports about new guidelines from Governor Cuomo and the Department of Health for restricted visitation in adult care facilities.

I am writing to let you know that, while these guidelines apply to Weinberg Campus' skilled nursing home, assisted living residences, and enriched housing community, here at Forest Creek, our same visitor guidelines are still in effect.

We remain pleased that we have not had any known COVID-19 cases in Forest Creek Apartments and we thank you for your support in helping us stay healthy. It is clear by that we need to continue to follow precautions to prevent the spread of the virus, as many areas of the country are experiencing a resurgence in cases.

Remember to practice frequent hand washing, wear a face mask in public or when near people who don't live with you, and maintain social distancing of at least 6 feet.
