Forest Creek and Meadows residents are enjoying the holiday preparations!

Hanukkah is Here! Hanukkah, (Hebrew: “Dedication”) also spelled Ḥanukka, Chanukah, or Chanukkah is celebrated for eight days. Hanukkah reaffirms the ideals of Judaism and commemorates in particular the rededication of the Second Temple of Jerusalem by the lighting of candles on each day of the festival. Although not mentioned in the Hebrew Scriptures, Hanukkah has come to be widely celebrated and remains one of the most popular Jewish religious observances. Hanukkah is celebrated from Monday, November 29 to Monday, December 6 in 2021.

Attention Forest Creek Visitors With the colder weather and higher spread of illness across Erie County and beyond, please continue to help us keep everyone safe! We thank our guests for complying with the regulations that we are required to follow from the Department of Health. These rules are for your safety and the safety of your loved one, all our residents, and our staff. Quick reminders for our guests:  Please stop at the front desk for screening upon arrival. Please wear a mask. Wash hands and practice social distancing (at least 6 feet). Don't forget! Attention Meadows Visitors Thank you for your continued support in helping us stay healthy! Below are quick reminders for our guests:  Residents on a 14-day quarantine are not eligible for in-person visits Visiting hours are 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., no appointment needed Stop at front desk (2700 N. Forest Rd.) for screening upon arrival Once screened, drive to Meadows and call 716-259-0081 for entry You may only visit your loved one’s room Up to two visitors at one time. Visitors under age 16 must be accompanied by someone 18 or older Please wear a mask, wash hands and social distance (at least 6 feet) Our visitation policy and daily COVID updates can be found on our Meadows family web page (password: weinberg321).
