More Exciting Mysteries

Recently I attended the Issseem Conference here in Denver.
The International Society for the Study of Subtle Energies and Energy Medicine (ISSSEEM) is an international non-profit interdisciplinary organization dedicated to exploring and applying subtle energies as they relate to the experience of consciousness, healing, and human potential. ISSSEEM is in a unique position, acting both as a bridge builder between communities and a leader in the field, offering a community with a widespread appreciation of the energetic component within many disciplines including quantum physics, therapeutic modalities, healing, psychology, consciousness, psi and the understanding of our multidimensional existence.

Serendipity drew me to a table where Dr. Linda Backman was signing copies of her latest book, "Bringing Your Soul to Light."

Linda has done more than 1000 regressions and in between life regressions personally and her book details the experiences of her clients. What I found particularly inspiring was the similarity of the information received from her clients when "in between lives."

Here are some consistent themes from those sessions:

-->As humans we need to play more - and lighten up - not take things so seriously

-->Love and forgiveness - for self and others - will advance our soul's learning quickly
-->Life is one big tapestry - and the reasons for events are complex and inner connected
-->Our souls ARE eternal - and on "the other side," there is unconditional love, healing and support
-->Regardless of what has happened to us, we can look for the hidden lessons and gifts and choose to bless our teachers for thos lessons
-->Like the Buddhist philosophy - if we just choose to be mindful and do no harm, we're doing high soul work
-->We all have at least one soul guide and a spiritual team to help us - we just need to ask
-->Taking time to learning to listen through meditation or other methods will advance our soul work and give us greater peace of mind - because we will know we are not alone.

And that is one theme I found so fabulous from Linda's clients - we are never alone. Never. We just need to open the portal to our guides and teachers and listen. We do that by having some consistent spiritual practice daily.

Who we are is Beings of Light. Planet Earth needs high vibrations big time. We chose to come here, we are here, and exploring our past soul journeys can help us get clarity on what we are intended to do - and how to heal old soul wounds.

It's a fascinating exploration. So far, the people in my "grand experiment" below have found answers to problematic relationships, feelings of abandonment, career choices, and life purpose.
