The Verification of Vehicle Identification Number (form DR 2698) was recently updated to correct a formatting error that had caused the form to perform incorrectly. The updated form can be found here and has a form date of 4/26/24.
To help our inspection partners exhaust their supply of physical forms and complete necessary system programming, counties will accept the previous version of form DR 2698 (dated 9/15/2023) with inspections performed at an Air Care Colorado facility, until Sept. 30, 2024.
