“Today I'm flying low and I'm not saying a word. I"m letting all of the voodoos of ambition sleep.
The world goes on as it must, the bees in the garden rumbling a bit, the fish leaping, the knats getting eaten. And so forth.
But I'm taking the day off. Quiet as a feather. I hardly move though really i'm travelling a terrific distance.
Stillness. One of the doors into the temple .”

Greetings!
Welcome!

We at the clinic started this December with a party, enjoying each other's company as we gathered around large amounts of food. A tradition spanning culture and time. One of our company, Shaelynn York , RMT, has joined our clinic this month! Click here or scroll down to learn more about Shaelynn. And continuing this festive spirit, check out this recipe for a simmer pot that Shaelynn has shared with us, in reminiscence of her own family holiday traditions.

My wish for you this holiday season, amongst all the craziness and visiting and family and giving and receiving and multiple emotions, is that you take a Pause. I find pausing a valuable aspect of my life. Click here or scroll down to read my experience.
