First Street Executive Suites
First Street Executive Suites to Open May 1

" Located on First Street in the landmark Earnhardt Building in the Downtown River District, the new First Street Executive Suites features an elegantly remodeled modern interior. We will be offering virtual offices as well. "

A section of the Earnhardt Building has been completely remodeled into executive suites. Located at 2256 First Street, the large space formerly held a real estate sales office, and historically it was home to Fort Myers' downtown pharmacy.

First Street Executive Suites provides fully-furnished office space for rent with flexible agreement terms for daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly rentals. Virtual offices are also available.

First Street Executive Suites take care of all of the details of opening an office, including reception and administrative support, telephone service, high-speed Internet access, furniture, computer consulting services, and conference/mediation rooms.

Luminary Hotel & Company
Construction is progressing for Luminary Hotel & Co.

" The Luminary Hotel and Calusa Sound are on schedule and due to open in August 2020. Construction update on the Oxbow Restaurant and the Amphitheater is forthcoming "

- Bob Mageri, Mainsail Lodging & Development

The $91 million Luminary Hotel & Co.(G), an autograph Marriott Collection hotel, is being built by Mainsail Lodging & Development with an expected completion in 2020. The 12-story hotel will feature 243 guest rooms, 210 parking spaces and retail spaces.

This project, located next to the Downtown River Basin between Edwards Drive and Bay Street, and was awarded a $2.6 million tax rebate/loan. Another highlight about this project is that it will increase convention capabilities of Downtown and the Fort Myers/Lee County Metro at-large.
West End at City Walk
Construction is progressing at West End at City Walk!

This CRA supported project, a 318-residential unit, market-rate apartment complex, will also offer approximately 60,000 square feet of commercial space. It is planned for completion in 2021.

Seaboard Waterside Apartments
HUD Financing for Seaboard Apartments in sight!

" Seaboard Apartments and their team are diligently working on the project plans. Seaboard is currently in the underwriting phase for the HUD Financing process, with a Formal Application by the Greystone, a National Leader in HUD financing. "

Seaboard Waterside Apartments, a two-phased construction projected, is a planned, 420-rental apartment, approved for an $11.48 million tax increment rebate.

Phase 1, when delivered, will consists of 204-unit residential units and Phase
II will bring another 216-units online when completed. The project also includes a commercial retail building of 2000 sq. ft.

Phase 1 has a planned completion date of January 2022, and Phase II has a
planned completion date of January 2028.

Silver Hills
Site Work has begun on Silver Hills!

" Site work started 3 weeks ago with grading and fencing. The piles and utilities are going in in about 2 weeks. Building will take 25-26 months to complete. We are waiting for the engineer to draw piles, FPL lines, etc. As far as the building permits, we expect to be vertical in 3 months. We are very happy with the progress. "

Silver Hills, a 327-unit luxury apartment complex, has been approved for a $12.96 million tax increment.
Vantage Lofts
Architects Revising Drawings for City Zoning Approval!

" Architects are in the process of revising the drawings to accommodate with the new flood zones, then they will submit them for city zoning approval. "

Vantage Lofts is a sixteen-story, 314,000 square foot multi-use
apartment and retail development, In 2019, this project was approved
for a TIF rebate of $11.4 million.
