Health, wealth, and happiness. These are the "big three". Having money doesn't matter if you don't have your health. Also, having friends and family is a part of what makes life joyful.
In my upcoming book, Foresight Investing, I explore the companies leading the revolution in longevity science. For this month's newsletter, I'll share my own habits for living a long and healthy life.
Here's what I'm doing now:
Diet
Mostly plant-based. We've been vegetarians for decades, although sometimes fall off the bandwagon when going out for dinner.
Exercise
My weekly exercise schedule looks like this:
2 days weightlifting
1 day just goofing off
During the winter, I do a little more weightlifting and less cardio. Can't wait for spring!
Supplements/Prescriptions
HVMN Rise
Elysium Basis
Asea Redox
Metformin
Meditation
There are other things worth looking into, too. Intermittent fasting is known to assist in the removal of degraded cells, reduction of inflammation, and stabilization of blood sugar.
Your mileage may vary. This is not medical advice (please consult your doctor), just a few things that I've found helpful.
