'There is Value in Vintage: Old is New Again!' was never more true than on Saturday evening. Search your closets, your friend’s closets, your children's closets or vintage shops. Don your feathers, baseball caps, go-go boots, prom and wedding gowns,

The FAWCO Foundation in Bratislava!
The evening begins at 19:00 (7pm) CET with cocktails, and a special live fashion show, followed by dinner and the Live Auction at 20:00 (8pm).
An exciting new event will be an upcycled Fashion Show! During the cocktail hour, we will be able to view and then bid on items curated by Monika Lacekova for Atelier71, a local nonprofit. This design house focuses on sustainable revival of traditional craftsmanship while creating opportunities for underprivileged women and youth.
The fashion collection will feature recycled materials and repurposed waste that has been transformed into exquisite fabrics by a collective of up-and-coming young designers. All items modeled will be for sale and the proceeds will benefit The Foundation’s programs.
These are one-of-kind creations donated by Atelier 71 and the Plus421 Foundation - a NY based nonprofit that promotes mutual understanding through cultural exchange.

STEP 1: Everyone who wants to participate in person in Bratislava should register for the 2023 FAWCO Biennial Conference.
STEP 2: Once you are registered for the Conference, you will also need to register for OneCause. This will be the ONLY way to bid on all Silent Auction items - whether you are onsite or online.
