We are excited to ring in the New Year with the return of the Mayor’s Breakfast on Thursday, January 20, 2022, at 8 a.m. at the Fountain Valley Regional Hospital in the Saltzer Conference Room. This is the same location we had in the past years. We plan to have the Mayor’s Breakfast on a quarterly basis in 2022 and we would like to thank Fountain Valley Regional Hospital for hosting and providing the City with the facility and breakfast.
2022 Water Awareness Poster Contest
The Municipal Water District of Orange County just announced its annual Water Awareness Poster Contest. All Orange County students in grades K-12 are invited to create hand-drawn posters that reflect the theme: #OCisWaterSmart. A total of 40 winners will be selected from the posters received.
Don’t Invite Sewer Blockages to Your Holiday Party
The holidays mean more cooking and time with family but it also means more cooking oil and grease that can get washed or thrown down the kitchen sink. The buildup of these oils in plumbing lines is the primary cause of sewer line blockages.
