After 33 years in the Community Management Business and 17 years as owner of South Coast Property Management, I am pleased to announce that I have entered into an agreement to sell South Coast and merge my company into Tritz Professional Management Services.
I am excited about this opportunity and the ability of David Tritz and Rob Tritz and their staff to continue the legacy that I and my staff have built at South Coast since 2003.
I will be continuing with Tritz in an administrative role and all of the South Coast Staff, (Gricelda Ayala, Tamara Smith and Leslie Arteaga) are being intergrated into the Tritz company.
South Coast and Tritz are working with your Board of Directors on the transition of management services and the Board believes the Association will continue to receive exceptional service.
Tritz Professional Management Services, Inc. was established in 1979 to meet the growing need in Southern California for professional community association management. With over 35 years of experience, TPMS, Inc. has become a leader in the community association management industry.
TPMS, Inc. currently serves community associations throughout Orange and Los Angeles Counties and is a member of the Community Association Institute (CAI). They require their managers to be members in California Association of Community Managers (CACM).
South Coast and TPMS share very similar core culture values, philosophies and management stragety and the combined companies will create even a larger opportunity for TPMS to increase their client base moving forward.
The merger of the companies will take place on April 1, 2020. You will be receiving information in the mail on this management change. Your April Billing Statement will be processed by Tritz.
