Amber wine, also known as orange wine, denotes the 4,000 year-old technique of fermenting white grapes on their skins and burying the resulting wine in amphorae (clay vessels) to age. We used the Traminette grapes for this wine. Although we didn't bury Corsage, we did ferment it at ground temperature (56 degrees) and aged it for two years in oak barrels. The result is a dry wine with prominent aroma of Honeysuckle and Multiflora Rose. Dry oak finish and a somewhat creamy or buttery mouth feel.

A very limited production with only 34 cases from our 2022 vintage. Crisp and flavorful. A fruit forward summer treat with a pleasing deep pink color.  A scant 1.2% residual sugar makes this light Rosé a great choice for dry and semi-sweet preferences alike.

This wine is another chapter in Hiddencroft's ongoing experiment to explore how extended oak aging impacts a wine's flavor, aroma, texture, and overall quality. It spent 7 1/2 years in neutral oak barrels. We are not disappointed! Our Chambourcin Reserve shows notes of blackberry, blueberry, and chocolate. The mouth feel is smooth and silky. White pepper flavor on the finish. We are excited for this opportunity to create distinct wines from the same vintage, offering a unique and varied experience to wine enthusiasts.

A luxurious and decadent experience. We marinated 125 lbs. of our estate grown Montmorency Cherries for six months in 7.5 gallons of 192 proof distilled brandy spirits. We then blended the cherry infused spirits with a small tank of our Sweet Cherry wine. 21% alcohol. 8% residual sugar makes this dessert wine a cordial affair. Cherry notes complement dark chocolate, nutty flavors, or creamy desserts. Also enjoyable as an after-dinner drink. An excellent option for celebration and gifting. Sold in 500ml bottles.
