Travel + Leisure has announced that BodyHoliday, St. Lucia, has once again been recognised by their ‘World’s Best Awards’ and has been named #3 ‘Top International Destination Spa’.

Published this week and voted for by the top US magazine’s readers, the rules have allowed readers to reflect on their travel experiences over a three-year period. In the hope that this year's honourees will inspire others to travel, as the industry begins to take flight once more after the pandemic.

BodyHoliday, a long-standing honouree on the coveted list, is recognised by the Travel +
Leisure readers as they recorded their vote. "It is my go-to holiday. I have gone as a single woman at least four times," wrote one loyal patron. Reservations Sales Agent

GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY
The Reservations Sales Agent will be the company’s primary liaison with guests and agents and will work with all team members to ensure that all guests and stakeholders receive excellent customer service.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
 Have in-depth knowledge of our portfolio of Luxury Holiday Homes and sites and attractions in St. Lucia
 Manage all guest enquiries
 Manage all aspects of guest bookings including the collection of payments
 Manage any cancellations in keeping with the company’s cancellation policy
 Liaise with all stakeholders: Homeowners, Tour Operators, Agents, Property Managers/ Concierges and Guests
 Motivated to meet and exceed personal objectives, including sales revenue and productivity targets
 Develop and encourage repeat business through outstanding guest service
 Prepare all required reports for Management
 Provide the Marketing Team with the relevant information about the villas to ensure they can market the villas effectively
 Ensure that Marketing Material is shared with all stakeholders as required
 5 day work week, which will include some weekends and public holidays

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
 Associate Degree from an accredited College/University in the following areas: Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism or equivalent combination of education and
experience.
 2 to 3 years professional experience in a related field would be beneficial.
 Working knowledge of the Hospitality Industry.
 Previous experience working with a Reservations Soft-ware &/or Sales Experience would be an asset.
 Valid Driver’s License would be required.

Position Summary: To provide a pleasurable dining experience for guests by preparing high quality food.

Duties And Responsibilities Include:
  • Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
  • Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat or preparing sauces)
  • Clean up station and take care of leftover food.
  • Stock inventory appropriately.
  • Ensure that all menu items are prepared to a high quality and in a timely fashion.
  • Comply with nutrition, sanitation regulations and safety standards.
  • Strict adherence to HACCP regulations and COVID-19 protocols.
  • Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests.
