Meet Mal, Finn and Kian!
A family that runs together ends up in a sprint finish together!
Mal has run 15 marathons and completed the 6 majors, his last one was Tokyo earlier this year.
Finn is his eldest son, aged 11, and is a veteran of ten 5k to 10k races. Finn and Mal ran Four on 4th last year and will do the 4 mile race again this year.
This year the youngest of the bunch, Kian aged 6, will be making his racing debut in the 2 mile race.
Join them at Four on the 4th – runner, walker and dog friendly!

Henk is from South Africa and will be joining us for the BT50K!
This was him last year at the Comrades marathon in South Africa. It is usually about 89km and it was his 20th consecutive race.
He has been running since he turned 30 (23 years!)
He has run 526 races, including 144 marathons and ultras.
Henk has run several 12 hour and 2x 6 day circuit races.
He even ran the Antarctica Ultramarathon earlier this year.
