FAQs

RACE WEEKEND IS HERE! LET'S ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS

Where do I pick up my packet?

Can I switch races?

Visit our Solutions desk at the Expo to switch distances. There is a $15 administrative fee for switching events and transferring your entry. If you switch to a higher entry fee event, you must pay the difference.

Can I transfer my bib to another racer?

We are no longer offering the option to transfer your bib to another contestant.

Where should I park on Sunday?

If you are parking near the Sunday Start Line:

Here are our top four recommended parking locations:

UW-Oshkosh Fox Cities Campus (west parking lot)

Sabre Lanes Bowling (1330 Midway Rd., Menasha)

Residential streets to the south of Midway Rd.

Shuttle Location: Ascension Health parking lot (1570 Midway Place, Menasha)

Post-race shuttles will be available for participants and spectators for a return ride to the Shuttle locations, downtown Neenah, or the Start Line. Busses and vans will be operating continuously after the race from 8:45 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. Watch for the shuttle signs and the big yellow school buses at the Finish Line!

If you are parking near the Sunday Finish Line

Due to parking concerns, we DO NOT have shuttles from the Finish Line – but DO have shuttles in Downtown Neenah, across from the Double Tree by Hilton.

Shuttle busses to the Start Line will leave downtown Neenah continuously between 5 a.m. – 6:15 a.m. just a 1/2 mile away from the Finish Line.

Places to park in Neenah.

  • Downtown Neenah Parking Ramps – can only be accessed from Main Street in Neenah (you will not be able to cross the race course)
  • Residential streets south of Riverside Park and Sunday course – can only be accessed from Winneconne Avenue in Neenah (you will not be able to cross the race course)

What corral am I in?

To ensure a smooth and safe start for all race participants, we utilize corrals.

5K & 10K:

Please line up according to your participation or pace. Participants will be ordered by runners, walkers, and walkers with dogs and/or strollers, please look for signage to help you when lining up. 5K & 10K participants will commingle at the start line.

Full, Half and Relay Marathons:

Your assigned corral can be found on your bib and is based on the estimated finishing time you provided us on your registration form. Please look for helpful volunteers at the Start Line to assist you in entering the correct corral. All Competitive Walk participants will be in 'CORRAL D' - located in the church parking lot adjacent to Midway Road, look for the balloon.

SPONSOR SPOTLIGHTS

OSMS

Giving back to the community is an important part of the culture at Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Specialists (OSMS). We’re thrilled they continue to support our mission of health, wellness and community as they return to sponsor the Health & Wellness Expo at the 2022 Community First Fox Cities Marathon weekend of events.

OSMS is made up of 24 doctors including 20 orthopedic and sports medicine physicians, and four rheumatologists. Being doctor-owned, OSMS can make decisions and provide care that is truly focused on the best patient outcome.

Here’s a fun race weekend fact – OSMS doctors and care staff continue their friendly rivalry with opposing relay teams! Two teams of nurses, rad techs, and other patient-facing staff will be taking on a team of OSMS doctors.

GUARDIAN

Thank you, Guardian for your continued support of the Guardian Kids Fun Run! Your dedication to helping even our youngest community members live healthier lives is something the Fox Cities Marathon is so grateful for. The Guardian Kids Fun Run feels strongly that exercise should be a healthy part of every child’s life; however, they do not believe that young children should have to deal with the stress and pressure that comes with serious competition.

HUGGIES®

Huggies® supports children and families on every step of their journey and has been an outstanding partner of the Diaper Dash and Toddler Trot! Thank you for helping our littlest future runners take their first steps on the course and encourage healthier lives.

MEIJER

Thank you to Meijer, one of our Major Sponsors! From financial support to in-kind donations, Meijer is front and center race weekend and beyond! Helping community members live healthier lives is the mission of Meijer and through their support of the Marathon they are encouraging friends, families, and neighbors to join together to get moving and create healthy habits!

THANK YOU TO OUR SPONSORS!
