In this week’s Google Grapevine, we visit the Nine Quarter Circle Ranch in Gallatin Gateway, MT, for some quick tips on improving customer satisfaction. Learn how the ranch manages 55 guests and 30 staff each week and keeps them engaged and coming back year after year. Sometimes the simplest tips are the most effective!

These events are cash only! There are ATMs located along the Ave. for your convenience.
License to Cruise starts early, running 3 - 9:30 PM.
Appleton's Octoberfest runs from 9 AM - 5 PM.
Parking is limited, so we provide several transportation options for event attendees - read more below.

Chamber hosting two marketing seminars to help your business grow and thrive

The Fox Cities Chamber is putting on a Grow Marketing Seminar about “Reviews and Reputation Management” on October 11. Studies show that 93% of consumers read online reviews about a local business before purchasing a product or service. So, how do you stack up against your competitors? Who is monitoring your online reputation and protecting your brand’s online reputation in reviews, social media, and Google? Attend this seminar to learn how to combat negative reviews and turn positive reviews into your best marketing! The event will be held from 8 – 9:30 AM at Community First Credit Union, 1575 Dresang Way, Neenah.

The Fox Cities Chamber is also hosting an in-person ChatGPT Workshop on November 8 from 8 – 9:30 AM. The event is designed to help those interested in learning how to use ChatGPT to drive content and streamline routine day-to-day tasks. Specific topics include how to obtain ChatGPT, Daily tasks that ChatGPT can help with, How to prompt ChatGPT to obtain desired results, and Limitations and cautionary notes about using ChatGPT. Our presenter is Cvetko Georgevich from Stellar Blue, and the event is being held at Werner Electric, 4800 W Prospect Ave., Appleton.
