Chamber Member Spotlight: Amazon
The Amazon DSP program launched in 2018. Over the past five years, thousands of Delivery Service Partners have built businesses, led diverse teams, and helped Amazon create world-class customer experiences by revolutionizing Last Mile delivery. Amazon launched the Delivery Service Partner (DSP) opportunity to share their experience in operations and logistics with leaders who wanted to own and operate a successful package-delivery business. Since then, the program has grown to thousands of DSP owners across the U.S. who deliver excellence to their communities.
Amazon aims to help DSPs make an impact in their community beyond the warehouse, by sponsoring local youth teams and community groups. Amazon DSPs, value the opportunity to make a difference in people’s lives through employment and sharing their success with their communities.

Attend our Grow Seminar to learn why your online reviews and reputation matter
Did you know that studies show over 99% of customers read reviews when they shop online or at local businesses? Furthermore, 96% of customers look for negative reviews specifically. And, one out of two consumers trust online reviews as much as they’d trust a recommendation from a friend of family member. Your online reviews could be your best form of advertising, and they don’t cost you a cent!
So, how do you stack up against your competitors? Who is monitoring your online reputation and protecting your brand's online reputation in reviews, social media, and Google? These foundational marketing elements are essential to drive customer activity and sales. Attend this seminar to learn how to combat negative reviews and turn positive reviews into your best marketing!
The Fox Cities Chamber is offering a Grow Marketing Seminar on “Reviews and Reputation Management” on Wednesday, October 11. The event will be from 8 – 9:30 a.m. at Community First Credit Union, 1575 Dresang Way Neenah.
Presenters are Lisa Piikkila, Owner/Creative Director of Coalesce Marketing and Design, and Sterling Feathers, Digital Marketing Manager at Coalesce. The seminar is free for Chamber members, and $25 for potential members.
