Fox Communities Credit Union Named PULSE Champion of Young Professionals

Fox Communities Credit Union has been named a PULSE Champion of Young Professionals (YPs) by the Fox Cities Chamber! The culture at Fox Communities is one that captivates and retains young talent. At Fox, team members are encouraged to live their purpose and align their personal passions with their professional development. Leadership and teammates alike are supportive, invested, and helpful toward each other, pushing YPs to explore, learn, and grow.

“The credit union has a passion for helping people in our communities, that starts with our own team. We have been focusing on growth and development for our Fox team members by providing tuition support and encouraging career development exploration. Our team member-centric approach and our organizational values help support the mission of the YP group though the Fox Cities Chamber,” said Heather Wessley, Director of Community Engagement at Fox Communities Credit Union.

New online work permit application tool

The Department of Workforce Development's Equal Rights Division has developed a new online work permit application tool. Pandemic restrictions made it nearly impossible for some minors to obtain work permits; the department has created an online application that is available to the parents of minors 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from any computer, tablet, smartphone, or similar device. The application improves accessibility for minors who live in rural or underserved areas and eliminates the difficult logistics involved in working parents having to take off work to make a trip to a work permit office. Learn more about the new changes here.
