Nominate an outstanding educator for the 5th Annual Excellence in Education Shining Star awards

The Fox Cities Chamber's Excellence in Education Shining Star Awards program recognizes the outstanding contributions of full-time, Pre-K through 16 educators in the Fox Cities region. These awards are given to 10 outstanding educators who have made a positive impact on their communities. Nominate an educator here or by clicking the button below.

From these 10 award recipients, an Educator of the Year will be chosen and announced the night of the event. This award honors an educator who has demonstrated an outstanding commitment to improving the quality of education in the Fox Cities region and who has an inspiring presence that motivates and influences students, colleagues, and the community.

Nominations close on Wednesday, January 10 at 3 PM. Recipients will be celebrated on March 21, 2024. If you have any questions, email Aimee Herrick at aherrick@foxcc.net.

Grow with Google Grapevine: Cybersecurity and Your Business

Cybersecurity is an important issue for businesses of all sizes. Tickets are available for the 2024 Economic Outlook Lunch on Tuesday, February 13 from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM. This annual event features nationally-acclaimed "stand-up" economist Elliot Eisenberg, Ph.D., as the keynote speaker. The lunch brings together both macro and micro economic insights in an engaging and informative presentation, and the results of the Fox Cities Economic Outlook Survey will also be distributed.

WisDOT County N Interchange meeting update

The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) I-41 Project recently held a meeting on the County N Interchange. If you were unable to attend, there is a video of the meeting posted as well as the meeting materials. In addition, there is a Business Resources page to assist with preparing for upcoming construction.

2025 NFL Draft Date announced

Representatives from the Fox Cities Chamber were on hand Monday at Lambeau Field when the NFL announced the official date of the 2025 draft in Green Bay: April 24 - 26, 2025. The draft is expected to have a significant economic impact not only in Green Bay, but also in the Fox Cities and other surrounding communities. The Chamber and our partner, the Fox Cities CVB, will be sharing more details in the coming weeks and months, as we learn more. Exciting times ahead!
