Renewal by Andersen and Quill Creative Studio Named PULSE Champions of Young Professionals

Renewal by Andersen of Greater Wisconsin and Quill Creative Studio have been named PULSE Champions of Young Professionals (YPs) by the Fox Cities Chamber. This designation recognizes employers who pledge to provide support and a positive work environment for YPs within their company.

Jodie Federwitz, Director, PULSE Young Professionals, presents the Champion of Young Professionals certificate to Alaina Steffes, Marketing Specialist, Renewal by Andersen and the entire RbA team.

The fun and collaborative culture at RbA is one that attracts young talent from all over. “Young professionals are not just the future of Renewal by Andersen, they’re the heartbeat of it, the drivers of our success, and the force that is constantly evolving the way we do things,” said Lindsey Ruzek, Chief Culture Officer at Renewal by Andersen. The continuous growth of both Renewal by Andersen of Greater Wisconsin as well as it’s sister company Renewal by Andersen of Milwaukee promotes long term career paths instead of jobs.

Ryan Albers, Partner/Brand Strategist, Quill Creative Studio (center), accepts the Champion of Young Professionals certificate from Jodie Federwitz, Director, PULSE Young Professionals, on behalf of the all the YP’s on staff at Quill Creative.

Ideal for young professionals eager to grow, Quill Creative Studio prioritizes a culture of collaboration and long-term support. “Quill offers a dynamic and supportive work environment where creativity and collaboration are built into the foundation of our processes,” says Senior Graphic Designer, Alice Huntley. “Our leadership places a lot of trust in our talent and expertise which empowers us to flex our creativity and grow with each project. It’s a highly collaborative environment where ideas flow freely, making each project a true team effort.”

City Center Plaza access

As the updates on City Center Plaza begin, here is information on how to access the remaining five downtown businesses in the building. You can access Murray Photo, Joseph's Shoes and The Wild Goose Exchange using their own private storefront entrances off of College Avenue. To access Faces Eyewear and Squire Stylists, please go through what was previously the storefront entrance for J. Hawkinson Clothiers off of College Avenue, as these two businesses do not have their own private street facing entrances. There is signage to help direct you. You can walk through what is now the vacant storefront to access their businesses on the inside of City Center safely during construction; however, the rest of the building is off limits to the general public.
