It's Easy to Join us Online!
Join us on Zoom using the links below for online Memory Café opportunities. Check the calendar for which Cafes require RSVP.

Please RSVP here for Friday Cafés if you want to receive a free craft kit delivered to you. You can also call (920) 225-1711 to RSVP.

All craft kit requests must be received by Thursday at 12 Noon prior to the Friday Café

Listening Sessions
This year has brought about lots of change to Fox Valley Memory Project. We value the opinions of our participants and their caregivers. Please join us for listening sessions with the Executive Director, Mike Rohrkaste, and the Program Coordinator, Harper Smith. This is a great opportunity to get to know each other, as well as to hear your ideas for making 2021 a great year of events!

Caregiver Support Group
January 14th at 12 Noon
This support group will be geared towards caregivers who have loved ones living in a facility. We recognize that it is difficult to remain connected with loved ones while facilities are doing their best to keep COVID from entering. This support group will take place virtually to start, and we will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation to determine when it is safe to return to in-person meetings. Meetings are open, with no requirement to RSVP

Intergenerational Connections

Through a partnership betwen the ADRCs in WI and CLIMB Theatre, residents in many counties have FREE access to CLIMB's new digital platform Intergenerational Connections. Join us on Zoom for a 1 hour demo and Q&A in order to learn more about how to access and implement this program in your households & communities!

Grocery shopping, food pantry and prescription pick-ups, and other personalized errands for Outagamie County residents ages 60 years and older.
  • One trip weekly per participant
  • Up to 2 locations per trip (maximum 2 hours, including travel)
  • Outagamie county residents only

Volunteer Needs
Fox Valley Memory Project couldn't put on the programming that we do without the help of our wonderful volunteers. This month we will be seeking folks to help with the following:
  • Delivering craft kits around the Fox Valley
  • Participating in Memory Café events
  • Folding paper
