Having been in business for 31 years at times we don’t take the time to review our customer service.
Recently we received an email about a customers experience shopping with us. Being part of many small business groups we always share the great reviews. We want to share with you a bad experience. WHY? Because we will use this to be better!
A customer seeing our #ShopSmall post spent the time to send us great feedback on his wine shopping experience. Detailing in an email what he expected from a small wine store visit.
Anytime we get feedback of someone not happy it hurts. This not only is our business but it is our life source. It was great to get all this feedback of how we can help and stay focused in our belief that shopping small is belter.
Bottom line is we care!!
With social media and review sites rarely do people in detail take the time to explain why they had a bad visit. We had email exchanges and are looking at why we dropped the ball.
