The Fraternal Leader Advisory is emailed monthly to council, district, state and assembly leaders to notify them of important updates and general reminders. All the information featured in this issue can be found on the FLA webpage.

New Family of the Month Form

All Family of the Month (FOM) entries should be submitted using the new Family of the Month Form. This form should be used to submit FOM entries going forward, not the Fraternal Program Report Form #10784. We are aware of issues affecting the online #10784 form and are working to resolve them.

Annual Report on Council Status

District Deputies: the Annual Report on Council Status (#944) is due September 15. Get more information on completing the report.
