As we approach the holy season of Easter, Fr. Jonathan Kalisch, O.P. will be wrapping up the Lenten Mission video series. The latest video discusses Holy Week, specifically the Holy Triduum, and next week’s video will focus on Easter and Divine Mercy Sunday. These videos can be found online at kofc.org/lent. When your council is submitting multiple Form 100’s please note that each form should be sent on its own page – two forms per page causes an error in which only the top form is digitally recognized.

District Deputy

• Encourage your councils to submit the Columbian Award Application (#SP-7) as soon as they earn 16 program credits. This ensures timely processing. They should continue to file the Fraternal Programs Report Form (#10784) for all additional programs conducted.
• Check on the progress of each of your councils in earning the Star Council Award. Work with the field agent to conduct a district Fraternal Benefit Seminar.
• Encourage councils to appoint a nominating committee to recommend officers for the next fraternal year. Have the committee look beyond the usual volunteers to find a good mix of candidates representing fresh ideas and sound council practices.

Grand Knight

• Ensure timely processing of your ASAP, RSVP and Food for Families refund applications by gathering the necessary supporting documentation and submitting the forms early.
• Submit the Columbian Award application (#SP-7) as soon as your council has completed 16 program credits.  You should continue to submit the Fraternal Programs Report Form (#10784) for all additional programs.
• Hold your council officer elections between May 1 and June 15 and submit the Report of Officers Chosen for the Term (#185) by June 30.
• If your council is running Cor:
• Q3 Data Needed: If you haven’t already, please submit your Q3 Cor survey Cor - Quarterly Survey - FY 24-25. This survey is essential for understanding the impact of Cor across the Order.
• If your council is not yet running Cor:

• Appoint an EFF Director! Council EFF Director Submission Form.

Financial Secretary

• Timely processing of member additions and changes is critical as we approach the end of the fraternal year. If your council is on track to earn Star Council, all form 100s need to be processed by June 30. While paper forms can still be submitted, the preferred method of processing new members is via the Candidate Tab on Officers Online.
• Immediately after officer elections submit the Report of Officers Chosen for the Term (#185) and Service Program Personnel Report (#365) using the Member Management application. View a short 'How To' video on using Member Management here. These forms are essential for effective communication between the Supreme Council and fraternal leaders.

Fourth Degree

• District Master quarterly training will be on April 21, 2025 at 8:00 PM EDT: "Assembly Financial Officer Training."
• We will invite the District Masters, Faithful Navigators, Faithful Comptrollers, and Faithful Pursers to this meeting.

*Attendance at any of these Virtual Fraternal Benefit Events will be counted as a Fraternal Benefit Event for your council. A confirmation email will be sent to the Grand Knight after the event. You will not need to submit a Fraternal Benefits Event Report (#11077) unless one of the following issues exists:

• You believe there were more attendees from your council than we recorded. If this is the case, contact your State Deputy for a list of recorded attendees and submit form 11077 to report additional member or member-eligible attendees not included on that report.
• You held a watch party for the event where one person registered for the event, and multiple people attended. Submit a form 11077 for all member or member-eligible attendees that did not register on their own.

The new Cor sessions about Blessed Michael McGivney released earlier this month are an exciting way for Catholic men to learn about our Founder while drawing nearer to the Lord.
