Submit the Columbian Award application (#SP-7) as soon as your council has completed 16 program credits. You should continue to submit the Fraternal Programs Report Form (#10784) for all additional programs.

Craft an effective communication plan to engage all council members. Form a committee to verify contact information and then update Member Management.

Ensure timely processing of your ASAP, RSVP and Food for Families refund applications by gathering the necessary supporting documentation and submitting the forms early.

Q3 Data Needed: If you haven't already, please submit your Q3 Cor Report Cor - Quarterly Report - FY 24-25. This survey is essential for understanding the impact of Cor across the Order.

FY 25/26 Council EFF Director Submission Form now available. As soon as you or your successor know your EFF Director for the next fraternal year, please fill out this quick form to ensure he receives all Cor communications.

Financial Secretary

Timely processing of member additions and changes is critical as we approach the end of the fraternal year. If your council is on track to earn Star Council, all form 100s need to be processed by June 30. The quickest and easiest way to process new members is via the Candidate Tab on Officers Online.

If your council's annual accounting period ends Dec. 31, then May 15 is the deadline to submit the proper IRS form 990 (US Councils only). Ensure that this paperwork is filed.

Immediately after officer elections submit the Report of Officers Chosen for the Term (#185) and Service Program Personnel Report (#365) using the Member Management application. View a short 'How To' video on using Member Management here. These forms are essential for effective communication between the Supreme Council and fraternal leaders.

March for Life in Canada
The National March for Life in Canada will take place on Parliament Hill in Ottawa on May 8, 2025. Provincial marches in Saskatchewan, Alberta and British Columbia will take place on the same day. Visit marchforlife.ca for the schedule and encourage your council and parish to attend!

International Family Day
International Family Day is on May 15. Spend time with your council to consider how you can engage and honor the families in your parish before the end of the fraternal year. Suggestions include organizing a Family Prayer Night featuring The Mission of the Family video series, awarding Family of the Month or Family of the Year awards, or organizing events for families during a Family Week. *Attendance at any of these Virtual Fraternal Benefit Events will be counted as a Fraternal Benefit Event for your council. A confirmation email will be sent to the Grand Knight after the event. You will not need to submit a Fraternal Benefits Event Report (#11077) unless one of the following issues exists:
- You believe there were more attendees from your council than we recorded. If this is the case, contact your State Deputy for a list of recorded attendees and submit form 11077 to report additional member or member-eligible attendees not included on that report.
- You held a watch party for the event where one person registered for the event, and multiple people attended. Submit a form 11077 for all member or member-eligible attendees that did not register on their own.

Quick tip: If there are any new men in your parish — for example, those who were received into the Church at the Easter Vigil — inviting them to join the Knights can be a great way to help them put their faith into action while growing your council.
