Extend the Hand of Brotherhood with a Church Drive

Every Catholic man should know about the Knights of Columbus and the membership benefits available to him and his family. The good news is, they are willing to join us on our mission. But they're waiting to be invited. That’s why we’re encouraging you to extend the invitation as soon as possible and meet 100% of your membership quota by October 31!

Achieving this will put you in the running to receive prizes from the Supreme Council.*

Here’s a helpful tip: Partner with your local general agent and/or field agent for at least one Church Drive during this quarter. Agents are professional recruiters who can offer valuable assistance with your event.

Along with the Church Drive Kit available on Supplies Online, consider using the following supplemental items:

  • (11586) “Point the World to Jesus Christ” – Trifold
  • (11730) Fraternal Benefits Card_Generic (insert these into a brochure)
  • (11689F_E) – Join Online Card – Fraternal
  • (10099E) – “24 Hours Can Change Your Life” Brochure
  • (FOM-GUIDE) Sample Pulpit Announcement in the Fishers of Men Guidebook

*Incentive applies to insurance jurisdictions only.

Programs

Special Olympics

The Knights of Columbus has been supporting the Special Olympics since it began in 1968. As part of our support, each state or provincial level Special Olympics organization in the United States (including Puerto Rico and Guam), and Canada receives a donation from Supreme. To earn a larger donation from Supreme for the Special Olympics in your jurisdiction, report your support of Special Olympics programs through the online Fraternal Programs Report Form (#10784). All participation taking place in calendar year 2025 must be reported through the online form by January 31, 2026 to be considered.

Soccer Challenge

Start communicating with your local schools to plan a Soccer Challenge event within your community as soon as school resumes. Let the schools know to include this program in their gym classes. Another option is to post posters around the community early, so parents can mark their calendars and prepare their children to participate. This will help boost participation. For more information, please click here.

New Faith in Action Programs

Resources for two new Community programs – Bright Futures and Celebrating Our Catholic Heritage – are now available at kofc.org/community. The Bright Futures program invites councils to support the students and schools in their communities. Celebrating Our Catholic Heritage encourages councils to celebrate the cultures and traditions of their parish communities through festivals and other events. While these programs appeal to all councils, they will be of particular interest to councils serving Hispanic parish communities. Print resources can be found on Supplies Online now.
