This site is an important early step in our digital modernization efforts that will culminate in a totally revamped Officers Online, Member Management and Member and Client Portal.

When it comes to supporting vulnerable mothers and their children, both born and unborn, the Knights of Columbus will never waver! And the more we grow the Order, the more life-saving support we can provide! That’s why we’re launching the Join ASAP Incentive!

Councils that recruit 3 members between February 1 and March 31 AND donate at least $500 through the ASAP program any time during the 2025-26 fraternal year (including donations made since July 1, 2025) will receive an additional $250 for the pregnancy resource center or maternity home they supported. 

The top 10 recruiting councils will also receive an additional $750 for the pregnancy resource or maternity home, bringing the total incentive to $1,000 for those winners!

Distribute the Join ASAP Postcard (available on Supplies Online soon) and let potential members in your parish know that by joining your council, they could help earn funds for your local pregnancy resource center. 

Please note: To qualify, councils must apply for ASAP through the online form at kofc.org/asap or this link. Councils that have already received a grant through ASAP in the 2025-26 fraternal year do not need to reapply. This $250 will be in addition to the standard amount your council already earns(ed) as part of the standard ASAP program.

Council per capita, Catholic Advertising, and Culture of Life assessments were billed on January 1st. The council bill can be easily found in the Reports Tab of Officers Online (paper invoices are not mailed). Please process payment in a timely manner to keep your council in good standing.

The 2026 Vivat Jesus Spiritual Planner is still available! Designed to help men develop and maintain a daily prayer routine, your council is encouraged to buy copies in bulk via Supplies Online (20 books for $100). Individual copies are available at shopcatholicinfo.com for $7.99 each.

This year’s edition is updated with a special emphasis on giving men a space to plan their prayer routine. Additionally, the book is now in a larger format. Many men have reported to us how transformative Vivat Jesus has been in their faith life. Please consider ordering this year’s edition in bulk so we can help supercharge the prayer lives of as many men as possible!

Visit kofc.org/training to locate online/on-demand training for state, council, district and assembly officers, an archive of fraternal webinars, and important resources that will assist you in navigating your leadership role. Our helpful list of Suggested Training by Officer Role highlights the training sessions that are recommended for your officer position. The average length of each session is only 30 minutes!

District Deputy

• If you have not held your district midyear meeting, now is the time to gather your council leaders and share plans for the spring, using our recommended agenda and notes as a guide.
• Every council must submit the Annual Survey of Fraternal Activity (#1728) by January 31, 2026. Form 1728 can be completed digitally by grand knights and financial secretaries. This short training video explains the simple process of online submission. 
• Coordinate a district wide Fraternal Benefits Event. This is a great way to help your councils earn the Founders’ Award.  

Grand Knight

• Make plans to attend your district midyear meeting and ensure that all of your key council officers are able to attend.
• Complete and submit the Annual Survey of Fraternal Activity (#1728) by January 31.
• Meet with your officers and directors to discuss your progress toward earning the Star Council Award. Work with your district deputy and field agent on membership goals and Fraternal Benefits Events.
• Meet with your pastor to discuss how the council can support the parish during the coming months.

Financial Secretary

• Every council must submit the Annual Survey of Fraternal Activity (#1728) by January 31, 2026. This short training video explains the simple process of online submission.
• Review the Prospect Tab Walkthrough so you are familiar with the easy steps to process online members joining your council.

Fourth Degree

• The Fourth Degree will host the next training session on April 20, 2026.
• District Master and Assembly quarterly training will be on April 20, 2026 at 8:00 PM ET: "Assembly year end wrap up, preparing for the next fraternal year"
• We will invite the Vice Supreme Masters, District Masters, Faithful Navigators, and ALL Assembly Officers to this meeting.

Holy Hour for Life with Our Lady of Guadalupe 

Invites councils to organize Eucharistic adoration and seek Our Lady’s intercession for the cause of life. Click here for an overview of the program or review the guide sheet.  

Hockey Challenge 

A great way for councils to engage in their communities with an athletic event for youth that encourages the values of sportsmanship and healthy competition. Access the guide sheet here. 

Reminder: Special Olympics – Report Your Participation

As part of our support for the Special Olympics, each state or provincial level Special Olympics organization in the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, and Guam receives a donation from the Supreme Council. To earn a larger donation for the Special Olympics in your state or province, report your participation in Special Olympics programs through the online Fraternal Programs Report Form (#10784).  All participation taking place in calendar year 2025 must be reported through the online #10784 by January 31, 2026, to be considered.

• If a council is starting up Cor, please appoint an EFF Director, report who he is HERE and direct him to the Cor leader webpage so he has all the resources needed to get started and succeed.
