The Information Technology team at the Supreme Council is performing some mandatory maintenance to our web servers, and will need to briefly shutdown some of our web technology during the maintenance window.

Please be advised that Officers Online, Member Management and Member Billing will be unavailable from 4:00 AM - 6:00 AM EDT on Tuesday, June 2nd. Additionally, KofC.org in Spanish, French and Polish will be unavailable during that time. 

Messages will be displayed in Officers Online alerting users to the planned outage.

On April 9, the Supreme Council archived over 35,000 members from the Prospect Tab. The status of these members has not been updated since before January 1, 2025. These members are still part of the jurisdiction's online membership.

State Deputies, State Membership Directors and State Online Membership Chairmen have access to the list of archived members. If your council needs information on one of these members to process them through the Candidate Tab, please reach out to one of these state leaders for assistance.



Leaders will notice that when accessing the ASSIGNED members section of the Prospect Tab, instead of taking up to 2-minutes for the screen to return data, it is now returning data within 30 seconds.

Gather council and parish families for a watch party of this summer’s international soccer tournament and a special-edition 2026 Summer Soccer Challenge! Soccer Challenge winners from each state or province will win a state champion t-shirt. Beginning in June 2026, State Christopher Fund contributions will be held in a Donor-Advised Fund (DAF) within Knights of Columbus Charitable Fund (KCCF). Supreme Council contributions will be frozen on June 30, 2026, with state council Christopher Fund DAF holders receiving the Admiral’s Annual Annuity based on the matched frozen funds, calculated as 5% of this frozen amount.  

KCCF will be hosting a webinar for State Council leaders to help fund advisors and trustees understand how to manage your Christopher Fund DAF, including making fund contributions, asset allocations, and grant recommendations, on June 23, 2026 at 8 PM ET.

Fraternal Training

• Visit kofc.org/training to locate online training for state, council, district and assembly officers. These training sessions are available on demand, and the average length is only 30 minutes! Suggested Training by Officer Role is a great place to get started.

EFF Director

• Council EFF Director Submission Form: Please ensure you or your Grand Knight submits this EFF Director form (position not listed on Council #365) to ensure you receive all Cor communications.
• Into the Breach: The Dignity of Work: This compelling five-episode series exploring the Catholic vision of man’s mission in the world and the nature of work is now available. Excellent resource to use in Cor.

District Deputy

• Ensure councils hold their election of officers by June 15 and submit the Report of Officers Chosen for the Term (#185) and Service Program Personnel Report (#365) by June 30. Submitting these forms via Member Management is the best way to ensure officers and directors receive timely access to Officers Online and critical communications from the Supreme Council.
• Plan to attend your jurisdiction organizational meeting and then schedule your district meeting shortly thereafter using our recommended agenda and notes as a guide.
• Review the Program Forms Reference Guide with your councils. Encourage councils to submit all forms and applications via online submission.

Grand Knight

• Submit the Fraternal Programs Report Form (#10784) for program activity upon completion of every event. This report gives us important data on council activities and is used in ongoing evaluation and improvements to our Faith in Action programs.
• Ensure timely processing of your ASAP, RSVP and Food for Families refund applications by gathering the necessary supporting documentation and submitting the forms now.
• Complete the Fraternal Benefits Event Council Report (#11077) as soon as possible after participating in an approved seminar. For awards consideration these forms must be received by June 30.
• Hold your council officer elections between May 1 and June 15 and submit the Report of Officers Chosen for the Term (#185) by June 30.
• As soon as you or your successor knows your EFF Director for the next fraternal year, please fill out the Council EFF Director Submission Form to ensure he receives all Cor communications.

Financial Secretary

• Timely processing of member additions and changes is critical as we approach the end of the fraternal year. All form 100s need to be processed by June 30. The best method to process new members is the Candidate Tab on Officers Online.
• Immediately after council elections submit the Report of Officers Chosen for the Term (#185) and Service Program Personnel Report (#365) using the Member Management portal of Officers Online. This method immediately updates the Supreme Council system at the start of the new fraternal year with the name and contact information for all officers and directors of your council.

Programs

Earn a Grant from Supreme for your ASAP Fundraiser! 

Is your council hosting a fundraiser for ASAP? Be sure to submit your ASAP Grant Application by June 30th to receive a grant from Supreme to benefit the pregnancy resource center or maternity home your council supported.

Patriotic Degree

• The Patriotic Degree will host the next District Master and Assembly quarterly training on July 20, 2026 at 8:00 PM ET: "How to Grow Your Fourth Degree Exemplifications"
• We will invite the Vice Supreme Masters, District Masters, Faithful Navigators, and ALL Assembly Officers to this meeting.
