Affiliate Member Initiative – Training Available on Demand | |
Councils in the United States will have another chance to participate in the Affiliate Member Initiative (AMI) which allows councils to designate as Affiliates those members who are no longer actively engaged with their council.
The window of opportunity to participate in this initiative will run from January 1-31. During this window, councils may recommend qualified members to be designated as Affiliates. When processed, these members will no longer appear on council rosters. This will not be treated as a negative in eligibility for council awards. The Supreme Council will manage the future engagement of these members.
A training webinar and resources for the program are available on demand. Don’t miss the chance to take part in this important initiative.

Mother Teresa: No Greater Love DVD and New Resources
| |
Made to commemorate the 25th anniversary of Mother Teresa’s passing, Mother Teresa: No Greater Love premiered across the nation in October, setting records at the box office in its category. A DVD copy of the film is now available for purchase through Knights Gear and it is also available for digital viewing on Amazon Prime. K of C councils do not need special permission or licensing to show this film to their councils, parishes and local communities.
The Supreme Council has developed a Fact and Discussion Guide to encourage discussion after viewing the film. Download the Fact and Discussion Guide here.

Greetings this Advent season! This week for our Program Mini Survey, we will focus on the RSVP (Refund Support Vocations) program! It is especially important to complete the survey even if you do not participate in the subject program. Your reasons for not participating are just as valuable as responses from those participating. The survey data will support decisions to retain, update, or remove certain programs.
Please complete the RSVP program survey by clicking on the button below. This survey will take less than a minute.

Coats for Kids
The Supreme Council would like to extend a big Thank You to all councils that contributed to another record year for Coats for Kids. Because of the generosity of so many, our inventory is getting low in all styles, and some styles will soon become unavailable if they are not already. Please consider this if you are planning any additional purchases and distributions.

ASAP (Aid and Support After Pregnancy)
The Order has already donated more than $1.5 million to pregnancy resource centers and maternity homes through the ASAP program! Thus far, three councils have donated more than $20,000: St. Paul The Apostle Council 12021 in Richardson, TX ($48,000), St. Pope John XXIII Council 1837 in Beaver Dam, WI ($40,000) and St. Charles Council 12497 in St. Charles, IL ($22,765). Congratulations and “thank you” to our brother Knights for their valuable contributions!
We still need the support of your council to meet our $5 million goal! Pregnancy resource centers and maternity homes can be found by searching through databases available at heartbeartinternational.org, pregnancycarecanada.ca and birthright.org – among others. Local Catholic Charities, the Sisters of Life, diocesan pregnancy resource centers, and other organizations also need support. Visit kofc.org/asap for more information and to apply.
