Warriors to Lourdes Pilgrimage

As Knights, we have a calling rooted in our commitment to Charity, Unity, Fraternity, and Patriotism. This deep commitment allows us to put our faith, and love of country, into action. Each May, we have the privilege of supporting our U.S. military soldiers and veterans on a journey of hope and healing during the Warriors to Lourdes Pilgrimage.

Help our warriors experience the spiritual journey of a lifetime by donating to the 2023 Warriors to Lourdes Pilgrimage. No amount is too small and every gift will go towards providing a life-changing experience for our wounded warriors.  DONATE TODAY!

Grand Knight

  • Submit the Columbian Award Application (#SP-7) as soon as your council has completed 16 program activities or credits.
  • Continue to submit Fraternal Program Report Form (#10784) for program activity upon completion of every event. This report gives us important real time data on council activities. Your inputs are used in ongoing evaluation and improvements to our Faith in Action programs.
  • Hold your council officer elections between May 1 and June 15 and submit the Report of Officers Chosen for the Term, Form 185 by June 30.
  • Schedule a transition meeting with outgoing and incoming officers and directors.

Financial Secretary

  • Timely processing of member additions and changes is critical as we approach the end of the fraternal year. If your council is on track to earn Star Council, all form 100s need to be processed by June 30. You can submit a paper form 100 or use the Candidate Tab on Officers Online.
  • Immediately after officer elections submit the Report of Officers Chosen for the Term (#185) and Service Program Personnel Report (#365) using the Member Management application. View a short 'How To' video on using Member Management here. These forms are essential for effective communication between the Supreme Council and fraternal leaders.
  • If your council’s annual accounting period ends Dec. 31, then May 15 was the deadline to submit the proper IRS form 990 (US Councils only). Ensure that this paperwork was filed.
