March Webinar: Clear Talk About Leadership Roles
|
Be courageous and step up to a leadership position in your council! Join us tonight, March 21st at 8:00 PM ET, for an informative fraternal webinar entitled Clear Talk About Leadership Roles. At the very least, insist on attendance by those who will be, or could be, future leaders.
Learn what is involved, what to expect, and how you will be supported. Hear from successful leaders who stepped into the breach and had wonderful, life changing experiences. Similar experiences are waiting for you. And remember, if you can't join us live, it will be available on-demand afterwards. Be sure to sign-up to ensure you get the link for this important webinar. Important Reminders for Fraternal Leaders

- Encourage councils to appoint a nominating committee to recommend officers for the next fraternal year. Have the committee look beyond the usual volunteers to find a good mix of candidates representing fresh ideas and sound council practices.
-
Check on the progress of each of your councils towards earning the Star Council Award. Work with the field agent to conduct a district Fraternal Benefit Event.
-
Help your councils plan a Spring Church drive and then conduct a district Exemplification of Charity, Unity, and Fraternity.

|
Grand Knight
-
Build a strong leadership bench by identifying future leaders of your council, empowering them to run initiatives, and mentoring them on fraternal operations.
-
Complete the Fraternal Benefit Seminar Form (#11077) as soon as possible after participating in an approved seminar
- Ask each member of your council to invite a prospect to the next council activity.
