Infrastructure Development @ Graystone Industrial Park

A new, 1-mile, four-lane section of Snowden Bridge Boulevard is being constructed from U.S. 11. The road will include a 126-foot-long bridge over CSX railroad, creating easy access to a planned industrial park of nearly 280 acres. Graystone Industrial Park is one of the largest tracts of business acreage available in Frederick County in the last 10 years.
