Jenna Price is a Yoga Alliance registered yoga teacher living in Mount Airy. She completed her training at Blue Banyan Yoga Studio. She teaches Vinyasa Yoga and embraces the philosophy that yoga can be for everyone. In addition to teaching all levels Vinyasa classes, she teaches classes structured specifically for children, the elderly, those with limited mobility, and other special populations.

For those who have always wanted to try yoga, but don't know their down dog from their up dog.
In this special four-week series, beginners will learn all the absolute basics of yoga--from the special way we breathe to the most effective methods to relieve muscle tension. We will break down the physical postures, teach them how to support themselves safely and provide tips for working with any physical obstacles, like inflexibility or back pain.
Expect to leave this workshop with a working knowledge of yoga and a comfort level that will allow you to step into your next yoga class with ease and confidence.
