s back in full swing with the start of a new school year! This program serves two youth with each "match" made. Spread the word to children who would like to participate as mentors or as mentees at one of the three following sites:
Sinsheimer Elementary, SLO
Del Mar Elemntary, Morro Bay

These guidelines are based on current provider hours and may be changed at any time.
Age 0, 1, 2, 3 & 4:
Accepting patients
Age 5, 6 & 7:
Accepting emergencies*, children in foster care and children with special needs.
Age 8, 9, 10, 11, & 12:
Accepting patients
*Emergencies
- Defined as pain, swelling, infection or injury.
Any child of record, or children 0-12 who are not patients of record will be seen by referral only from the County Oral Health Program, school nurses or an established partner.
