Ballet is one of the most powerful ways to work with the trifecta of antiaging. Addressing balance, strength and flexibility, it is truly the fountain of youth. We will warm up our joints with gentle movements to elongate the spine and connect with our core, create flexibility in the feet and legs and lengthen and strengthen the spine.
At the end of the three weeks you will know all the basic ballet positions, improve your posture and have learned a combination that you can work on at home.
Seating limited to 20 attendees.
