Learn how to make Sushi Pizza

Join us for a special evening in collaboration with the Local Food Challenge to create a flavor-packed gluten-free meal using sushi rice and local foods you have on hand to create sushi pizza.

To follow along, make your sushi rice in advance.

Ingredients to have on hand:
Cream cheese
Smoked Salmon
Black sesame seeds
Dried Seaweed

Feel free to get creative and use other ingredients:
Smoked Black cod
Wild mushrooms
Garden chives

Don't forget any finishing ingredients like pickled ginger, soy sauce, or my favorite for this recipe-Iron Chef Orange Sauce.
