In line with the newest Health Officer Order:

  • Masks are highly recommended, but not required for all CHF members and employees 
  • Locker rooms, showers, water fountains and stairwell leading to the gym are fully open
  • Members who are not fully vaccinated are no longer required to provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours of entry to CHF
  • Classes are at full capacity

All members, visitors and staff will be required to wear a mask in public spaces within the building (building lobby, elevators, stairwell) since the 514 building has several health care tenants and Silverado (long-term care facility). Members may only remove their mask after entering CHF.

Monday – Friday: 6:30 a.m. - 7 p.m. 
Saturday & Sunday: 7 a.m. - 3 p.m.

Martha has more than 20 years of experience, believes in holistic fitness and emphasizes the importance of flexibility and balance for total physical wellness. Martha also strives to provide clients with a positive and satisfying experience. She enjoys running at the beach, riding her bike, skiing, hiking and cooking healthy food for her family.
