West Chester, OH, October 8th, 2017: Islamic Center of Greater Cincinnati's initiative "Rahma community services" is hosting a Free Health and Wellness Clinic on Sunday October 8th from 11 am until 2 pm in the International Academy.
We will have free basic screenings including blood sugar, vision, and hearing screenings. Consultations are available with primary care physicians and specialists. Free weight management and dietary advice with MDs and Dietitians will be available.
Pharmacists will be on hand to give advice. Free flu shots will be given on a first-come, first-served basis. People are encouraged to bring their medical records, medications, CPAP machines, etc. for evaluations.
The event is FREE and OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. We encourage all of our Greater Cincinnati neighbors to take advantage of the Health Fair.
