Dear Families,

Kweller Prep is thrilled to share that we are approved to visit Molloy IN PERSON on Friday, October 7, 2022, from 1:30 pm to 3:00 pm.

Kweller Prep will host a tour for prospective students and their families. We encourage 6th, 7th, and 8th graders and their parents to try to rearrange schedules to attend.

The tour guide is Heather Green Wrensch, the Director of Molloy High School Admissions. Attendees must join with a parent or guardian. Please remember that parents must bring ID on the day of the tour for security.

If attending, please plan to take the day off from school or leave school and/or work early to attend. If interested in attending this free trip and tour, sign up here before October 6, 2022, at 1:30 pm.
Kweller Prep Commentary: I'm Jewish, and yet I love Molloy, which should speak volumes about the Catholic school. Molloy has everything you could ask for from a high school experience; APs, student clubs, sports, college-level classes. The school is a jewel conveniently located in the hub of Queens and close to many modes of public transportation, as an excellent high school option. This tour can be a great family day. The trip is on a school day, so consider taking the day off and making it a Molloy Tour Family Day.

Molloy is known for its successful sports program, particularly in basketball, baseball, soccer, and track and field. After taking over as coach for Lou Carnesecca in 1958,

Jack Curran led Molloy basketball to over 870 wins and five city titles. He also produced six NBA players. Curran also coached Molloy's baseball team since 1958, leading them to more than 1,300 wins and 17 CHSAA titles. Source here.
